Hi! I am Sheila!

I'm a Doctor by profession

I knew when I was in high school that I wanted to be in the medical industry. I became a doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in order to care holistically for the body in alignment with the elements and the natural ways of the earth. I chose the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine because their emphasis on the importance of both Western and Eastern Medicine.

I'm also a mystic 

I believe there is a time and place for most medicines. I love learning from elders and wisdom keepers from all over the world. I am so curious about how other cultures tend to the health of the mind, body and energy of their people. I am passionate about finding alternative methods that are right for my clients and their families. This curiosity has lead me to connect to African shamans that have never left the mountain of their origin, water shamans from Japan, and wisdom keepers from the high Andes (to name a few).

My Journey

My journey with sexuality was not always an easy one. My first sexual experience wasn't consensual. There was emotional, psychological and energetic damage that took years of study and practice to undo.

At 18 years old I was an emotional wreck that bottled my emotions, already survived my first violent relationship, had zero self worth, zero menses and zero libido. I went on a journey to heal myself and I ended up discovering so much more.

I studied the ways of the ancients, teachers, and wisdom keepers. I studied psychology, sociology, child development, and women's studies. I learned boundaries and how to keep and protect the space that I desired to create. I started to learn how to use utilize my orgasmic nature to actually create the life I want to live. If things are not adding to my orgasms - they are taking away from them!
